BERIN ARTS MIDDLE EAST Events L.L.C is referred to as www.burj-bigart.com

Person that purchases the ticket on www.burj-bigart.com is referred to as customer.

Event organizer is referred to as a promoter.

Purchase procedure

Tickets, vouchers or registrations can be purchased on the website www.burj-bigart.com with Credit/Debit cards or in partners retail outlets.

Entry policy

It is your responsibility to be of a correct age required for the event. www.burj-bigart.com cannot be held liable and will not refund the ticket if the entry to the event is declined by the promoter for any reason including dress code, age restriction, dangerous or disruptive behavior. Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue. The promoter reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety at the event.

Attendance

It is the customers responsibility to attend the event at the correct time. Non-attended events will not be refunded by www.burj-bigart.com. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. The Promoter, Venue Management and www.burj-bigart.com accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury incurred at the event.

Ticket collection

Once the ticket is purchased online, www.burj-bigart.com digitally issues an Electronic ticket number sent to you via mail (and SMS for UAE users). Electronic ticket displayed on any of electronic device can be used for the entrance to any type of event. Printed copy also can be shown at the entrance, but it is not mandatory to have it. In order for www.burj-bigart.com staff to identify the customer it requires 2 of the below items to collect the ticket.

Any type of Electronic ticket with scannable QR Code

One of the below listed Identification Documents

National ID or Valid Passport

Valid UAE or International driving license.

DISPUTES

All disputes with www.ticketsfy.net are settled by negotiations. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by UAE law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in UAE Courts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
